With a passion for helping adolescents, adults, and families, I focus on equipping clients with tools to tackle challenges like OCD, Anxiety, Depression, BPD, Bipolar, Phobias, Trauma, Grief counseling and more.

With over 20 years of experience, including practice as a Licensed Counselor in the UK, I bring a global perspective to my work. It’s never too late to begin your journey of healing, and I look forward to walking this path with you.
